Vestas Business Academy (VBA) is a corporate learning academy and plays an important role for People Pipeline in Vestas globally. As a part of VBA the Commercial and Executive Learning department is responsible for designing and implementing World Class training as well as developing a globally aligned world class induction process throughout Vestas.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Drive the establishment of a culture of continuous learning and innovation at Vestas
• Manage a team of competent people to drive Vestas’ learning strategy
• Perform needs assessment, design and development of learning products, road maps and high-level designs and translate these needs into fun, engaging and memorable learning experiences.

As a Specialist within vocational pedagogy (Train the Trainer specialist), you will be responsible for turning skilled professionals into professional instructors. Your primary tasks will be to:

• Deliver pedagogical train the trainer programmes worldwide
• Perform mentoring and coaching of participants
• Be the Subject Matter Expert when designing and developing pedagogical Train the Trainer modules and programs for e.g. face-to-face classroom training, blended learning, live virtual classroom, on-the-job training etc
